Customer Terms of Use

Last updated: 22 September 2026

These terms apply when you use Schedly to view, book and pay for activities run by an academy, club or activity provider (the "Provider"). "Schedly", "we" or "us" means Schedly PORTAL, a business registered in the United Arab Emirates. "You" means the parent, guardian or customer using the app or portal. By creating an account or using Schedly, you accept these terms.

Schedly is software, not the service provider. Schedly provides the booking and payment tools that your Provider uses. Your classes, coaching, camps, events and any other activities are arranged with, delivered by and the sole responsibility of your Provider - not Schedly.

1. Your relationship is with the Provider

Any booking, membership or activity is a contract between you and the Provider. Schedly is not a party to it. The Provider alone is responsible for the activities and everything about them, including their availability, scheduling, content, quality, safety, supervision, staffing, qualifications, venues, and any cancellation or change.

2. No responsibility for services rendered

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schedly is not responsible or liable for the services provided by the Provider or for anything that happens in connection with them, including injury, loss, damage, non-delivery, poor quality, cancellation, or the acts or omissions of the Provider or its staff. Any concern, complaint or claim about an activity must be raised with the Provider. Nothing in these terms affects rights you have against the Provider, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

3. Bookings and payments

Prices, availability, and booking, cancellation and refund policies are set by your Provider. Where you pay online, your payment is processed by the Provider's payment provider and settled to the Provider; Schedly does not hold your money and does not issue refunds. Refunds, credits, catch-ups and payment disputes are handled by the Provider under its policies. Invoices are issued by the Provider.

4. Your account

You must give accurate information (including about the participants you register) and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must have authority to register any child or other participant you add, and to share their information with the Provider.

5. Acceptable use

Use Schedly only for its intended purpose. Do not misuse it, attempt to access other people's data, or upload unlawful or harmful content.

6. Your personal data

The information you enter (your details and those of the participants you register) is held for, and controlled by, your Provider, who decides how it is used. Schedly processes it on the Provider's behalf to run the platform. Please see the Provider's own privacy information and our Privacy Policy. Schedly handles personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (Personal Data Protection Law).

7. Availability

Schedly is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim to keep it running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for interruptions or for third-party services such as payment or messaging providers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schedly is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the activities you book, from the Provider, or from your use of the platform, including indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount (if any) you paid to Schedly directly - which is normally nil, as you pay the Provider, not Schedly. This clause does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the updated version with a new date. Continuing to use Schedly after changes take effect means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

11. Contact
